Mentula BetaPoints Bot Privacy Policy

The Mentula BetaPoints Discord bot stores limited Discord account information needed to track beta testing rewards. This may include Discord user IDs, display names, BetaPoints totals, verified bug report counts, and staff-entered point history notes.

The bot does not sell user data, share user data with advertisers, or collect payment information.

Stored data is used only for Mentula beta testing, leaderboard tracking, and reward management. Server staff may review or adjust BetaPoints records when needed.

Players may request correction or removal of their BetaPoints data by contacting Mentula staff.
